The event was blessed with wonderful weather (torrential rain and a thunderstorm thankfully waiting until the following day to deluge us), a great turnout of visitors, superb refreshments and a garden dressed in its summer finery and looking lush and inviting.

The afternoon developed a buzz of social chat with lots of people meeting old friends and others making new acquaintances.    We raised £300 to be divided between Macmillan Nurses and the Lincoln Women's Aid, so thank you to everyone who came and helped make it such a success.
