The day's activities include:

COFFEE & WELCOME
in the Education Centre

POND DIP

Pond dipping will be from the purpose-built platform and does not involve getting wet. Be amazed by the variety of life int eh clear waters of Thiorpe Lake. Microscopes and hand-lenses well be available to show even more details about how the creatures move, breather, hide from predators and complete their life cycles.

WILD FLOWER WALK

The wild flower walk through the Nature Park will be led by an expert botanist. Paths are level and hard-surfaced and will lead you to some of the secret spot of the former gravel pits to see the seasonal flora.

Either bring a packed lunch or visit North Kesteven's Natural World Centre.

Suitable outdoor clothing and shoes are recommended.

Bookings are taken on a first come, first served basis so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Please check with the Federation Office prior to booking if you have any special medical, dietary or mobility requirements.

All costs are non-refundable.

It cannot be guaranteed that a First Aider will be in attendance.
