Dear Ladies,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Federation's Lincolnshire Show Committee.  I know that we are still this side of Christmas, but I must ask you to think of the Lincs Show 2012 which will be held on Wednesday 20th and Thursday 21st June.

This is Lincolnshire North's flagship event and is the ideal time to show off our skills to the general public.

The Show Chairman in 2012 will be Janet Harrison with Jackie Cheetham as catering co-ordinator.

With this letter you will find below the forms for stewarding exhibits, etc. and a separate form with time slots for catering stewards.

If you can help please fill in your name, address and phone number – please give me all your details as I will need to contact you  individually.  If you can do more than one slot, or, even better, if you can manage a slot on both forms please do so.  The later slots are always the most difficult for me to fill.

Each helper will be given a pass for free entry to the Show (worth at least £18) and a voucher towards the cost of food purchased in the WI Marquee restaurant.
