Dear Ladies,

I am writing to you on behalf of the Federation's Lincolnshire Show Committee.  I know that we are still this side of Christmas, but I must ask you to think of the Lincs Show 2010 which will be held on Wednesday 23rd and Thursday 24th June.

This is Lincolnshire North's flagship event and is the ideal time to show off our skills to the general public.


The Show Chairman in 2010 will be Janet Harrison with Jackie Cheetham as catering co-ordinator.

With this letter you will find two forms with time slots for catering and stewarding exhibits etc.  If you can help please fill in your name, address and phone number – please give me all your details as I will need to contact you all individually.  If you can do more than one slot and even better if you can manage a slot on both forms please do so.  The later slots are always the most difficult for me to fill.

You will be given a pass for free entry to the Show worth at least £18, also a voucher towards the cost of food in our marquee restaurant.
