Gentle exercise for mind and body, exploring both Eastern and
Western techniques. Simple meditation, relaxation techniques and
massage. Stress management as well as useful resources for

PHOTOSHOP FOR BEGINNERS
Maximum 10 places |

Enhance and rejuvenate
old photographs by using tools in Adobe Photoshop. New
compositions can be made and backgrounds changed. For the
beginner with a little computing experience.. |
RAMBLE AND DANCE

Combine rambling in the
beautiful Oxfordshire countryside with the opportunity of relaxing,
having a foot massage and enjoying some line dancing inthe evenng. |
PYROGRAPHY

Pyrography, or 'writing
with fire' is the art of decorating wood or other materials with
burn marks resulting from the application of a heated object such as
a poker. It is also known as pokerwork or wood burning.
Explore the potential of this satisfying craft and experiment
with pyrography on a variety of surfaces. |

The magical art medium of
Silver Clay makes it possible to make real silver jewellery without
using traditional tools or expertise. Design and make two or
three pieces durng the course. |
FRUITS OF AUTUMN

Pears, plums, sugar and
spice. What could be nicer than cooking up a rich selection of
autumnal dishes? Also, preserve, pot and pickle the fruits of
the season. |
